I have the usual triggers such as sniffing, bass music, clicking pens but by far the worst for me is the sound of footballs being kicked generally but especially against walls. I have young boys living next to me so can’t really say anything. Does anyone have any ideas on how to make this bearable?
I’m in the same boat. Unfortunately I don’t have any answers. For me it’s kids next door playing football in their concrete covered garden. I dread it. Also up to five footballs coming over the fence in one day. No apologies.
The only hope is that they will leave home one day !
