Hi,
I don’t know if anyone has asked this yet because there are so many forums to go through, but does anyone else get this sort of pop-rocks type of sound at the back of their head/nape of their neck sometimes? It reminds me of how tiny metal beads sound when they collide. I’ve been getting them for years. It doesn’t hurt or seem to cause any sort of problem. It comes randomly, usually when I’m not doing anything and doesn’t last long—like a split second. I’ve googled it and found very vague answers if any at all. I am just trying to find out what it is and if anyone else with misophonia also experiences it.
Thank you.
