My misophonia has been getting almost exponentially worse over the past several months, and I’m getting an accommodation form for school. My therapist recommendeded some wearable sound generators as well, similar to what might be used to help tinnitus. However, if these end up being too expensive or they don’t work how I need them to, does anyone have any suggestions for what I can use instead besides noise-cancelling headphones?
