I’ve been told I need to move teams due to shift pattern changes but I believe it’s more to do with complaining about people who are being loud around me. I’ve spent months getting people to stop clicking pens, twirling hair, loud laughing. Now I have to start over again although to what extent I do not know yet. One thing I have been unable to address is people jumping up and down in their chair when they start getting a sore bum. Anyone come across with people doing this? I’ve never known anything like it. It’s starting to make me rage and not sure how to deal with it.
