It started to get worse during lockdown.
Barking dogs have been the cause of me needing to move house three times at a great cost in moving costs, legal costs etc.
I have now moved to a village in Cornwall but the problem if anything has got worse as without the background noise of roads and industry the barking is now more noticeable. I am now actively listening and fearing the next dog bark. Like others on here, I don’t blame the dogs, I blame the owners for allowing it to happen.
It generates real feelings of rage and hatred.
I wear noise cancelling headphones when out in my garden but this means my social life suffers and I don’t get to hear the nicer sounds of nature.
