So, I’m a 17 year old from Wisconsin, and I’ve always had an aversion to a lot of noise. Unfortunately, I live with my dad, who has anger issues and gets offended when I ask him to stop chewing out loud or sucking his fingers (like after you get finished eating?)
And he snores so loud at night that I end up impulsively hurting myself by biting or clapping so hard my hands hurt. He yells at me whenever I ask him to stop doing any of this and it’s driving me NUTS. Any tips?
