Hi, I’m in HS and I need to come up with coping skills for in school so that I don’t accidentally run out of a room where people are chewing gum. PLEASE HELP ME!
Hi Jules. I know this post is from two years ago but I still want to answer. I’m in highschool aswell and am thinking about talking to my teachers about it so they will let me wear headphones or let me leave the class when I am overwhelmed with sounds. Since this post is old, could you possibly share any solutions you have found?
