Any suggestions for how to practice mindful eating when eating sounds (especially chewing and swallowing are your triggers? Just reading the description of eating mindfully in Simone Clarke’s book has me completely grossed out. There are so many benefits to mindful eating, but they won’t do me any good if trying it leaves me too disgusted to enjoy my food at all.
